However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data that you disclose online and we will not be responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or willful default.

Except in circumstances where prior permission has been given, we undertake that no data held on our systems is made available to third parties. In addition, employees of the company are subject to appropriate clauses in their Contracts of Employment which bind them to rules of Non Disclosure.
