1. Do We need to buy our own server or special software?
No server or any special software is needed. Everything is hosted by KBBConnect®.
2. How long does it take to implement KBBConnect®?
Depending on the product you are selling we will help you get up and running within a few weeks.
3. What kind of advantages do I have going with KBBConnect® rather then implementing our own online system?
Typical a kitchen, bedroom or bathroom project involves many suppliers. Retailers do not want to go to individual websites and start re-typing the products and prices separately. With KBBConnect® retailers can quote and order ALL of the products from one central point. KBBConnect® will generate the quotation and Contract for the consumer and then without retyping send the purchase order to you.
4. Will I be able to have direct control over the validity of the products and prices our customers are using?
As a KBBconnect® Platinum Partner, you will have access to your administration portal where you can make changes to all your product details and pricing.
5. Will I be able to Receive orders directly into our Sales Order Processing System?
If you are a Platinum Partner, we can arrange for the sales to be fed straight into your Sales Order Processing system.
